Home Sweet Home... Compliments of Nikken
Nikken's Leadership Home Incentive
Program is designed to complement the Auto Program and to help you own your
new dream home. You may be enrolled in both programs at the same time.
However, to take advantage of the Home Program, you must first be a
participant in the
Auto Program.
Qualifying for the
Leadership Home Incentive Program
- Participate in the
Leadership Auto Incentive Program
- Require 1,000 points or more
leadership Auto/Home Incentive Program volume for three consecutive
months.
- Maintain 1,000 points or more
leadership Auto/Home Incentive Program volume to receive ongoing
payments.
- Submit the completed Home Program
Application and Agreement for approval. All paperwork must be received
by the 20th day of the month, or by the next applicable business day.
- All applications must accompany
your home mortgage agreements and escrow documentation.
- Submit a full-color 5" x 7"
photograph, with negative, of you and your new or remodeled home, no
later than 20 days after you receive your first payment. The photo
deadline will be delayed if you are using the payments to save for a
down payment for a new home.
Authorized Uses of Home
Program Payments
Payments from the Leadership
Home Incentive Program can be applied toward one of the following for the
duration of the program:
- The initial mortgage payments on
a home you previously purchase.
- The payments will be set aside
and will be paid in a lump sum for purchase of a new home. The purchase
must be made within two years from the start of your home program.
Payments
You will receive a single
payment each month for both your Auto and Home Programs. Nikken will send
your payment on the 25th of each month during your term of eligibility (as
established in the auto program), as long as you remain qualified.
The amount of your monthly Leadership Auto/Home Incentive Program payment
that is over and above the amount used for your auto payment can be
applied to your Home Program.
Also See:
Amount of Payments.
For example, let's say you
received a $500 monthly check for your Auto Program, then developed your
business so that you became eligible for a 1,000-point payout. You could
qualify for the Home Program and apply the balance to qualifying home
payments. If you participate in both the Auto and Home programs, and if
you pay off your car before the term of eligibility expires, you can
qualify to continue receiving the same monthly checks for the remainder of
the eligibility period and apply the total amount to a Home Program.
