LEADERSHIP AUTO INCENTIVE PROGRAM

Auto Qualifications

Ø Become a Gold Wellness Consultant or above.

Ø Be a Gold Training Graduate.

Ø Maintain three qualified leadership legs for three consecutive months. (Paid as Gold or above)

Ø You then have nine remaining months to submit your documents, for a total of 12 months max before reapplying for auto program.

Ø Maintain the monthly Personal Volume and Personal Group Volume qualification requirements pertaining to your present Pin Rank.

Ø To qualify for and participate in the Auto Incentive Program, it is required that Nikken, Inc. be the ONLY network marketing company in which you have a business building affiliation or distributorship.

Ø Wellness Consultants are required to purchase a new current or upcoming year model auto with a minimum agreed amount value of $20,000.00.

*Do not lease or finance the auto prior to qualification.

This is an incentive reward program under the Nikken compensation plan. Nikken reserves the right to make changes in the incentive reward program, and/or to modify or withdraw the program from its compensation system.

After you have met the above requirements, you must lease or finance your new Nikken auto (current or upcoming year model). Financing must be done with a Certified State Licensed Lending Institution (i.e. a bank or credit union). You will need to submit the following documents to Nikken's Incentives Department by the 15^th of the month following your 3^rd qualifying month.

Ø Final Sales Contract or Lease Agreement from the auto dealership, or Financial Agreement from the Certified State
Licensed Financial Institution.

Ø Nikken Auto Application from your Gold package.

Ø Paperwork must be submitted no later than the 15^th of the month.

Ongoing Qualifications

Ø Maintain three qualified leadership legs for the applying month.

Ø After you have received your Congratulation Letter to the Auto Program, submit a full color 5"x7" photograph of you and your new auto and a copy of your vehicle registration, no later than 20 days after you receive your first payment. Late submission may cause a delay in receiving your second auto payment.

Ø Annual submission of your Vehicle Registration is also required.

The additional 20% is added to the base payment and is intended to help cover maintenance costs, taxes, licensing fees, finance and interest charges, and insurance.

Example 1 -- Financed Auto: The agreed upon value of vehicle is $32,722.00. The amount financed for this auto is $29,000 for 60 months.

Example 2 -- Leased Auto: The agreed upon value of the vehicle is $23,672.75. The term of lease is 36 months. Use the base monthly payment, which is the amount before taxes.

Actual Auto Payment Calculations:

The amount of the monthly payments you receive in this program is determined by the Leadership Auto/Home Incentive Program volume, which you earn based on your pay rank, and the value of auto. This volume is calculated in the following method after your leadership downline has been compressed.

If total amount earned is greater than the Nikken Auto Payment

Auto check = Nikken Maximum Eligible Auto Payment.

If total amount earned is less than the Nikken Auto Payment

Auto check = Total Amount Earned

Example: Nikken Maximum Eligible Auto Payment $1,000.00

If the Total Amount Earned is $ 800.00

Auto check will be $ 800.00

If the Total Amount Earned is $1.350.00

Auto check will be $1,000.00

* If you do not have three qualified leadership legs, the 2% of PGV will be paid as long as you personally qualify for leadership bonuses.

Other Notes About the Auto Program:

Ø You may upgrade your car at any time. However, you are required to be a qualified Gold Wellness Consultant (or above) for three
consecutive months before submitting the request. An entire new Auto Program term will then be established.

Ø When you advance to higher rank during the program, you must notify the Incentives Department in writing. The eligible period can be extended if the car value and the remaining number of payments meet your new rank.

Ø Wellness Consultant are required to submit a copy of their Department of Motor Vehicles car registration every year to continue receiving payments.

Ø Nikken will make payments on only one auto per qualifying Wellness Consultant distributorship.
